Proposed terms — October 29, 2026

Provider and offer

VenCap Developments LLC, Nevada, supplies EXOS under license for United States customers. Thynktank Solutions & Holdings Inc. owns the EXOS brand and intellectual property. The EXOS offer is priced at $997 USD as a one-time purchase. Any applicable taxes and the final payable amount must be shown before payment. This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.

What EXOS includes

The proposed package comprises five execution gates, fifteen operator briefings, fifteen execution tools, the EXOS Operating Console, Strategy Lock, Operator Record, master orientation, the system operating manual and guided implementation materials. Review the offer description and access conditions presented at checkout before purchasing. A fit call does not itself include paid consulting.

Delivery and account access

Access is supplied through the EXOS delivery environment after a successful confirmed payment. A failed or pending payment, public form submission or visit to a confirmation page does not establish entitlement. Use the email address associated with your purchase when requesting access support. Downloadable tools must be saved and used according to their specific operating instructions.

License and protected materials

The purchase provides licensed use rather than ownership of the materials. The intended use is to support the authorized purchaser’s internal business operations. Do not sell, redistribute, sublicense, publish or give others shared account access to the tools or training without written permission. Team seats, transfer rights, access duration and future updates are included only where expressly stated in the offer presented at checkout.

Support and product issues

Contact info@exosnetwork.com for purchase, access or tool-delivery issues. Include your order email and a concise description of the problem. Do not email payment credentials or sensitive deal information. Support does not replace legal, tax, investment, financing, accounting or brokerage advice.

Refunds and cancellations

Any refund or cancellation policy will be presented before checkout and will form part of the purchase agreement. Mandatory rights for non-delivery, defective digital content, misdescription or other matters remain unaffected. Contact info@exosnetwork.com to report an issue or request a remedy. Separately booked consulting is subject to its own written scope, fee and cancellation terms.

Operational responsibility

You are responsible for input accuracy, due diligence, professional advice, lawful use and final business decisions. No deals, financing, profits, returns or other results are guaranteed. Tool scores and gate verdicts support a process and do not independently verify a transaction.

Applicable rights

Nothing in these proposed terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. A Nevada provider address does not remove protections that apply to a customer or establish authority to sell in every territory.
